Katie met the founder, designer Sarah Bartlett while working together at Burberry and shortly after CARNATIONS launched in 2020 their creative partnership began. Together they worked to grow the business, developing a strong creative vision and strategic direction for this beautiful unisex clothing brand.  Carnations offered a collection of co-ords, each designed to work with the next, along with accessories, tees and sweatshirts. Dedicated to providing garments that would evolve with the wearer over time, responsible design was at the heart of everything they did. They lovingly produced each garment made-to-order in London. In 2023 Sarah and Katie decided to put Carnations on hold to focus on their personal endeavours (Katie moved to New York City, while Sarah started her family).
